Enhancing Self-Care 7-Day Promise


  • Develop greater awareness on what self-care is for you,
  • Receive daily prompts and activities to help you reflect on self-care to discover if it is something you want to grow and enhance in your own life,

This is the first time I am running Enhancing Self-Care as a 7-Day Adventure,. However, following are a few testimonials from previous participants who have experienced the 28-Day Nourishing You toolkit with me. You can also read more testimonials here.

The Enhancing Self-Care adventure goes for 7-days and is delivered via video and e-Workbooks. The sessions will be released by 9am QLD time each day. The breakdown for each of the 7 sessions is as follows –

The first session is about you and you deciding to give yourself permission to commit to your own adventure around self-care. Are you in?

Session 2 is about discovering what self-care is, what it isn’t and identifying what it means to you. Once you know what it means to you, you own vision for your self-care and your own “I AM” statements.

In session 3, we invest time to celebrate and acknowledge the lessons, the gifts, the challenges and blessings from the past in relation to your self-care and then releasing them or letting them be.

Session 4 is continuing to identify where you currently are in relation to self-care, so you can plan your own promise and start to take conscious steps towards it.

In session 5, we move more in to the doing part of your promise and discuss ways of tracking your promise.

In session 6, we discuss self-compassion and see if you want to cultivate it in your own life as you enhance your self-care.

Session 7 is focused on reflecting on the action you have taken so far in relation to your promise and then make any tiny tweaks.

The content is available within the (un)learning hub and is delivered via e-Workbooks and videos.

The content will be located in the (un)learning hub, which you have access for 90 days and can discuss with other (un)learners.

Having the 7-Day Promise for Enhancing Self-Care at this price opens it up for greater inclusion and accessibility as I personally believe price should never be a barrier to quality education (as that is important to me).

It doesn’t seem that long ago when I was burnout out, trying to be the best person I could be and struggling to even acknowledge I had needs and priorities. I was very good at denying and betraying myself, whilst I was looking after other people’s needs and desires before my own.

However, over time that didn’t work out so well and I worked out that I needed to change. And I did (and still am) with the support of a beautiful group of humans around me.

I continue to show up and do the work. Over time, I have realised that I am worthy of focusing on my needs and priorities and so are you as the world needs your gifts.

When I am not helping clients, you can find me eating vegetarian food, walking on the beach, talking to friends and family and moving my body.
