Coaching Skills Practical Application Workshop

to learn key coaching skills and their application in client coaching sessions.

Grounded in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) PCC Markers, this workshop series will provide you with:

  • Building a solid foundation of coaching essentials,
  • Clarity of ethics and application of competencies within a coaching session (including active and engaging simulated life experiences), and
  • Increased knowledge of the coaching industry and relevant standards and frameworks.

This workshop has been designed with the following people in mind –

  • An ICF L2 or ACC Coach who are their ICF credentialling journey,
  • A trainer or facilitator who wants to up-skill with coaching skills,
  • A HR Professional who is ready to incorporate coaching in the workplace, or those who are
  • Curious about professional coaching and what it entails.

Nicky holds a Bachelor of Design from University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and started her career in design before moving to project management in creative industries, working across Europe.  

She returned to Australia to work on the Sydney Olympic Games and enjoyed an extensive career in consulting and project management before Nicky moved into training, working in VET, higher education, and corporate programs. This then led to a natural progression into group facilitation and coaching.  Nicky now combines her passions for creative exploration and growth to create engaging training and coaching programs for clients. 

Nicky lives on the Gold Coast with her family and enjoys spending her spare time in her art studio and ocean swimming.

Jane has a Masters of Education, ICF PCC and Mentor Coach, facilitator and registered teacher. She was born in Maitland, NSW. In her first career, Jane was a professional tennis player. Since 2002 (her second career), Jane has been a registered teacher working in a variety of roles within P-12 education and VET across Australia.

In 2011, Jane opened her business Habits for Wellbeing. Jane is passionate about supporting people through “(Un)Learning, so You Can Reconnect and Engage with Your Potential and BE Whole-Heartedly YOU… One Habit at a Time.”

Her other interests include going to the movies, being physically active, reading and catching up with family and friends.
She currently resides on the Gold Coast.
