There are 5 pre-recorded sessions (via video and e-Workbooks), which you can access immediately if you choose. The breakdown for each of the 5 sessions is as follows –

The first session is about developing awareness and practising mindfulness in daily life. In this session, you have the opportunity to practice paying attention and coming back to the present moment.

Session 2 is about discovering what self-kindness is and exploring how to speak to yourself like you would a friend. Then starting to nurture yourself with greater self-kindness if you choose to. 

In session 3, you can are offered the opportunity to understand that struggles are part of the human experience and start to discover you are not alone.

Session 4 is about exploring emotional literacy and how to navigate emotions with kindness.

In session 5, we invest some time to be grateful celebrate the adventure you travelled over the 5 days as well as identify your next step for honouring self-care within your life.

The content is available within the (un)learning hub and is delivered via e-Workbooks and videos.

The content will be located in the (un)learning hub, which you have access for 90 days and can discuss with other (un)learners.

Q – Why is Cultivating Self-Compassion so cheap?

A – Because I have been asked to several times to share an introduction to self-compassion and ways to start to cultivate it for people who do not have the time to invest 8-week with me in the Mindful Self-Compassion Course. Having Cultivating Self-Compassion at this price opens it up for greater inclusion and accessibility as I personally believe price should never be a barrier to quality education (as that is important to me).

It doesn’t seem that long ago when I was burnout out, trying to be the best person I could be and struggling to even acknowledge I had priorities. I was very good at denying and betraying myself, whilst I was looking after other people’s needs and desires before my own.

However, over time that didn’t work out so well and I worked out that I needed to change. And I did (and still am) with the support of a beautiful group of humans around me.

I continue to show up and do the work. Over time, I have realised that I am worthy of focusing on my needs and priorities and so are you as the world needs your gifts.

When I am not helping clients, you can find me eating vegetarian food, walking on the beach, talking to friends and family and moving my body.
