The Athlete Transition Coaching Program (Sport Life Flow) empowers elite athletes navigating their post-sports career adventure with clarity, confidence, compassion and connection. We specialise in athlete career transition support and post-athletic career development.

As a former professional tennis player who competed at the Australian Open (reaching 3rd Round Singles in 1994) and a certified Tennis Australia High Performance Coach, I understand firsthand the challenges of transitioning out of professional sports. This personal experience drives my passion for supporting athletes through career transitions.

My deep understanding of mental health and wellbeing strategies, gained since my athletic career (and working in a National Mental Health and Well-Being Initiative), now enriches our program. My personal adventure from professional athlete to transition coach has equipped me with unique insights into the psychological aspects of leaving competitive sports
