Each month you are a member of the Mindful Hearts Growth Haven, you will be invited to the following –

Each month you are invited to invest time together live or on the replay to journal and continue on the Mindful Hearts adventure with 2 Journalling Sessions.

Ready to invest in the practise of reflection? Each month between the journalling sessions, there will be a live weekly reflection on the Sunday @ 5pm QLD time.

The journalling session recordings as well as the Q & A session recordings will be easy to locate in the (un)learning hub.

1. The Slow Down and Tune In Journaling Toolkit

Starting to get to know who you truly and listening to yourself can be a challenging, so you can start small with The Slow Down and Tune In Journaling Toolkit.

The toolkit has been designed to increase your connection with your own inner wisdom, whilst focusing on your own essential needs, priorities and vision for life and developing greater self-connection and self-trust through journaling.

2. A 5-Session Pre-Recorded Cultivating Self-Compassion Adventure

The 5-Session Adventure is sold individually at $10USD.

Is it time to cultivate self-compassion in your life?

A 5-day pre-recorded adventure to support you to develop deeper knowledge and understanding of self-compassion, so you can decide whether to cultivate it within your own life. 

3. What Do You Truly Want? e-Workbook

This e-Workbook is not available outside of the Growth Haven.

Is it time to identify what you truly want? Yes – what you want, not what everyone else wants or expects of you.

This is a space I am passionate about. Without realising, so many of us have followed someone else’s idea of success (yep me included), instead of investing time to really sit down and identify what it is YOU truly want.

4. 38 Befriending You Affirmations

Currently the affirmations are not available outside of the Growth Haven.

It doesn’t seem that long ago when I was burnout out, trying to be the best person I could be and not knowing what I truly wanted or who I was. I was very good at denying and betraying myself, whilst looking after other people’s needs and desires before my own.

However, over time that didn’t work out so well and I worked out that I needed to change. When I was a young person, I remembered journalling, so I rekindled my love of it and I have not looked back. I have written 4 Journals now and my clients are as grateful (as am I).

I continue to show up and do the work. Over time, I have realised that I am worthy of focusing on my needs and priorities and so are you as the world needs your gifts.

When I am not helping clients, you can find me eating vegetarian food, walking on the beach, talking to friends and family and moving my body.
