I have been experimenting and having fun with a new way of working. It has been working well for me and also well for clients, so it is a win-win.

Basically what it is, you get access to me 1:1 via Zoom (to start the day) and a Private messaging app (Telegram) for the day during office hours. I support you to start moving towards what you want to create in your life! Keep reading to find out more…

The Momentum Shift is completed over Zoom and Telegram. At the start of the Momentum Shift, we’ll be in touch over Zoom for a coaching session to dive deep into whatever is keeping you stuck or taking action on the idea that you currently have. Here’s how the Momentum Shift works:

You don’t need to free your calendar for this. You get to choose how and when it happens. We start with a coaching session on Zoom and then you can message throughout the day on Telegram. This works well around the school run, other meetings and calls and other usual activities in a day.

You just need to make sure you have enough time between your day activities to listen and reply to messages – as well as the mental space to think, process and take action between messages.

Set yourself up on Zoom and Telegram. If you don’t have a Telegram account, you can create one – it’s free.

We’ll add each other on Telegram, and you can send me a message in advance to tell me more about what you want to focus on. This way, we can dive right in when your day starts.

Don’t worry – this isn’t 8-hours of chat, and you’re not expected or supposed to be sitting by your phone waiting for replies. We will start with a Coaching Session and then throughout the day we’ll be exchanging messages throughout the day at a steady yet relaxed pace. 

The best thing about the Momentum Shift is that we have space in between messages to take action, journal and reflect on ideas. That’s part of what makes the Momentum Shift so effective.

Here are some examples:

  • Generate ideas and get that course creation going,
  • Working on systems and processes for your business,
  • Stress detective day – start to untangle stress and live with greater flow,
  • The Get-It-Done Day to support you to stop overthinking and complete that project,
  • Developing clarity on your priorities and what the next step is within your life, and
  • Start to transform self-doubt and overthinking and start taking aligned action within your life.

It’s also okay if you’re not sure what you want to talk about. Sometimes we just know that things are off somehow, but can’t really tell why, right? That is exactly where I come in.

During your Momentum Shift, I’ll be digging deep, asking questions, and keeping you on track until you discover what is going on, so you can continue to BE the leader in your own life.

Q – What if we’re in different timezones?

A – I’ll be available between 9am and 5pm (QLD Time). This means, most time zones get at least a handful of hours of conversation during the Momentum Shift.

A – Don’t worry. Contact me here, and we’ll figure something out. 

Q – How available to I need to be?

A – During the Momentum Shift, we’ll be exchanging messages at a slow yet steady pace throughout the day.

Q – What is the Price of the Momentum Shift?

A – It depends on how you choose to set it up. However as a guide, price starts from $250AUD.

Q – Is Telegram free?

A – Yes Telegram is a free app (however there is a paid version as well). And it’s available for both mobile and desktop.
