ICF Mentor Coaching Program

“Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.” ~ Benjamin Franklin

Are you interested in a collaborative, safe and supportive learning environment? An environment where you can experience a range of coaching styles to increase awareness and practise your coaching skills?

The Mentor Coaching Program with Jane is for coaches who are applying or renewing their International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credential. Candidates can be moving towards ACC or PCC. Mentor Coaching is about the coach-mentee being coached on their coaching skills and is linked to the ICF Core Competencies.

Jane Taylor is a registered Mentor Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She offers both individual and group Mentor Coaching. As an ICF Mentor Coach, Jane provides professional assistance to the coach-mentee to achieve and demonstrate the levels of coaching competency required for the desired ICF credential level – either ACC or PCC.

What Mentor Coaching Packages Are Available?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) allows for mentor coaching to be completed on a one-on-one and group mentoring format. A minimum of three of the 10 mentoring hours must be one-on-one coaching with the mentor. Group coaching can count for a maximum of seven hours toward the mentoring requirement. The group being mentored will not consist of more than 10 participants (we keep our sessions limited to 6).
