“Mindful Hearts” is designed to help you to start to master emotional regulation by transforming draining habits and emotional overwhelm into clarity and inner strength. Through practical tools and techniques, you have to opportunity to enhance your resilience, boost your performance, and focus on your definition of success by effectively navigating your emotional landscape.

What Is Included?

Over the next 28 days of Mindful Hearts, you will have access to –

1. 4 x 60-Minute (Un)Learning Circles ( 1 Per Week)

Over the four weeks, we will have 4 x 60-Minute Mindful Hearts (un)learning circles. The themes for each week are: 1. Reconnecting with the Heart, 2. Embracing the Heart and 3. Thriving with the Heart and 4. Integration If you cannot make a session, don’t worry you can access the recording. The dates and QLD times are March 22 (10am), March 29 (8.45am), April 5 (8.45am) and April 12 (8.45am).

2. Access to the Mindful Hearts Private Group

Over the 28 days, you will be invited in to and have access to the ‘Mindful Hearts‘ group.

This groups is where you can share your wins, ask questions and share other insights about your heart-centred adventure.

3. Access to the (Un)Learning Hub

All of the (un)learning material, experiments, (un)learning circle recordings and bonuses below will be easily accessible within the (un)learning hub.

You have access to the (un)learning hub for 180 days.

4. My Emotional-Regulation Journal

You will receive a hard copy of Jane’s recent publication – My Emotional Regulation Journal (priced at $39.95 AUD + postage).

This adventure of emotional regulation has been a BIG adventure for me and it continues to be to this day with many discoveries along the way. I remember like it was yesterday, when I was advised not to show the opponent how I was feeling. Over time, that transferred over in to my personal life.

Once I retired I took these patterns in to my life after tennis, which wasn’t great as I experienced burnout, trying to be the best person. I was very good at abandoning myself and trying to push through to make things happen, however those strategies were not working anymore, so I knew it was time to transform the cycle.

Many years later, when I went to my first meditation course and the teacher asked me about my emotions in an activity and I didn’t know. I started to realise I hadn’t been consciously connected with my emotions for a very long time. Over time, I started to discover more about my heart, tune back in to my emotions and learn to befriend them. Of course I still continue to do this work until today and I am happy now to be imperfectly me.

When I am not helping clients, you can find me eating vegetarian food, walking on the beach, talking to friends and family and moving my body.
