What is Responsibility?

JT - In dreams begin responsibilities. W.B. Yeats

One of the things I have noticed over the years, is how important taking responsibility and being accountable is. In the following 6.19min clip, I discuss responsibility.

Being responsible for life can be challenging, however I have also found it to be a necessity as well as a very humbling/grounding experience.

  10. “Look at the word responsibility – “response-ability” – the ability to choose your response. Highly proactive people recognize that responsibility. Their behavior is a product of their own conscious choice, based on values, rather than a product of their conditions, based on feeling.” ~ Stephen Covey
